Our Story
About Fudge Addiction

Dougall and Diane Blanch first starting making fudge in Kangaroo Valley in 1986. The skills of Diane as a Home Economist and Dougall having experience in retail and fast food management helped make the Kangaroo Valley Fudge House an instant success. Over the years it was featured on many TV travel and food shows.
After selling the “The Kangaroo Fudge House” we re- branded ourselves to Fudge Addiction, to concentrate on our created fudge making systems with our unigue “flavoured base mixes”. We sold these around Australia and New Zealand.
In 2014, we opened our next shop in Huskisson, that again, was a great success and recently featured on a popular TV show, “The Food Dude,” with Alo Baker. In 2023, we re-branded the shop to Jervis Bay Fudge.
We sold the Huskisson shop in 2024 to move to semi-retirement. So, now we are back to Fudge Addiction doing on-line sales and have a food trailer to do local fairs and markets. We operate from our home on Kangaroo Valley Rd, Kangaroo Valley.
