✅ Returns & Refunds

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund if your order:

  • Arrives damaged or spoiled

  • Is incorrect (wrong item sent)

  • Is not as described

To be eligible, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a photo of the issue to help us resolve it quickly.

❌ We do not accept returns if:

  • You change your mind

  • You don’t like the flavour

  • The product has been opened or partially consumed, unless there’s a quality issue
