We make our fudge the traditional way, using a sugar thermometer to the soft ball stage.

We use only 
the finest ingredients such as Dutch cocoa, Belgian chocolate, liqueurs, and quality nuts to produce our famous creamy smooth texture

The Blanch family have been making fudge in Kangaroo Valley, NSW, since 1986. Diane Blanch is a qualified Home Economist and Dougall has had extensive retail and marketing experience in the food industry.

Our fudge is gluten and preservative free.
